If I subscribe now, what is my subscription cycle?

If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, your subscription starts immediately and we will send you your first books right away. If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, your books will start coming the following month.

How do I know the books are good to my kid's age?

Each kid’s reading level is different and it’s up to the parents to decide which range is good for their kids. our books are carefully crafted to cover ages between 0 – 6 years old. With Burst books, little kids will fall in love with reading, enjoy their time with you and learn valuable life lessons.

What if I changed my address?

Please email us your new address at support@burst.co and we will start sending future packages to your new home.

What if I didn't receive the package one month?

If for any reason you missed a package, you can email us at support@burst.co and we’ll resend you the books one more time for free within 48 hours. Please send us “your name, your address, and the missing month”.

What if I received the same book twice?

You can keep it or donate it, and email us at support@theburst.co to send you a replacement for free within 48 hours.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

No worries, you can cancel your subscription any time, and we will refund the amount of the remaining months. Please send us “your name, email address, and the reason of cancelation” and we will confirm the refund once issued.

What if I have an inquiry or a suggestion?
